Visit statistics (Umami)

This site uses Umami, an anonymous, cookieless analytics tool, hosted on servers managed by Pigna Labs within the European Union (not on Umami Cloud or third-party services): the data stays in the EU and is not transferred outside the European Union.

For each visit Umami processes some technical information — the IP address (used only transiently to distinguish visits and not stored), the page visited, the referring page, the browser and device type, and the country — producing aggregated, anonymous statistics. It does not identify individual visitors, does not use cookies, does not profile, and does not share data with third parties.

The legal basis for the processing is the controller's legitimate interestin understanding the site's traffic in aggregate form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For these reasons the site does not show a cookie banner: it uses none.

If you write by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is processed only to reply and handle your request. It is not used for marketing and not shared with third parties.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, at any time by writing to depisapia.amerigo@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
